Volunteer speaking: Every class is different and to get every child involved in the lesson, that’s what I do it for.
Department and role
As a museum docent, you will receive and guide groups who have booked an activity at Museum Batavialand, such as guided tours or educational programs. You will work with school groups and give guided tours to various visitors. Preferably you have affinity with our themes: water management, reclamation, the history of Flevoland, historical shipbuilding and the 17th century. We are happy to discuss the possibilities together. You will work closely with Titia van de Bongardt, our education officer.
